Nothing is more delicious than a fresh homemade fatteh

Ingredients:
- 50g tahini (sesame paste)
- 300g boiled chick peas
- 15g crushed garlic
- 10g fresh parsley
- 15g cumin powder
- 50g hummus
- 150g yoghurt
- 10g sumac powder
- 10g salt
- 10g sumac powder
- 10g white pepper
- 30g ghee oil
- 100g Arabic bread
- 10g cayenne pepper
- 30ml lemon juice
- 20g pine seeds
Preparation:
Start with cutting the Arabic bread in cubes while heating the oven to 175 degrees. Let the bread roast for about 8 minutes. In a large bowl mix yoghurt, lemon juice, tahini, white pepper, hummus and salt and whisk. In the meanwhile boil the chick peas. Arrange the roasted Arabic bread in an even layer on the bottom of a deep serving platter, bowl or casserole dish. Place the hot boiled chickpeas on top of the bread. Now add yoghurt mixture on top. Heat the ghee oil and sprinkle it on top. Add the parsley, cumin powder, sumac powder, cayenne pepper and roasted pine seeds.
