1) What is the location of Villa Rotana?
Our hotel is located on the Sheikh Zayed road near the Business Bay Metro Station & near Al Mazaya Centre. If you're coming from Abu Dhabi, take exit no. 49, make a U-turn to the service road and then take the first exit after the Salik toll gate.

2) What is the closest metro station?
Walk out of the hotel and continue walking to you right. “Business Bay station, it is a 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

3) Where is the nearest mosque?
The mosque is located behind the hotel, it is a 3 minute walk.

4) Where is the nearest ATM machine?
Walk out of the hotel and continue walking to your right. There is the Business bay Metro station or Bank of Baroda, both are a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

5) Do you have transport to Dubai Mall?
The hotel can arrange for a taxi to drop you at Dubai Mall or you can use the metro from “Business Bay” and the metro will stop at “Burj Khalifa – Dubai Mall station” which is one station away.

6) How far is the beach?
Jumeirah open beach is the closest open beach and it is around 10 minutes away from the hotel by taxi.

7) How can I go on a Dessert safari?
The Front Office team at the front desk can make all you booking arrangements.

8) How far is Mall of the Emirates?
Mall of the Emirates is located on Sheikh Zayed road. You can use the metro from “Business Bay Station” and it will stop you at “Mall of the Emirates station”. The metro will take around 40 minutes. A taxi will take around 20 minutes.

9) How can I arrange to rent a car?
The Front Office team can make your arrangements, The rental company are requesting for your credit card, Driving License & Passport copy. We can arrange to have them deliver and collect the vehicle from the Hotel.

10) Where is the nearest supermarket?
Safest way is the nearest supermarket. It is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Walk out of the hotel and walk to the left.

11) Where is the parking?
You can park in the hotel’s parking, Basement 1 + 2 and you can use your room key to access the parking.

12) What are the opening hours of the restaurant?
The restaurant is open 24hrs and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

13) Where is the nearest pharmacy?
The nearest pharmacy is located at Safest way, it is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Walk out of the hotel and walk to the left. If you are not feeling well, we can arrange for a doctor to visit you in the hotel.

14) Do you have alcohol or a bar?
We do not serve alcohol in the hotel nor do we have a bar; however, we have a variety of fresh juices and soft drinks.

15) What are the check in & check out timings?
Check in is at 2 pm and check out is at 12 pm.

16) Do you process Visas?
We only process visas for our corporate clients. Individuals may contact any travel agent in their country or Emirates Airlines can assist with visas and give all the information.

17) How far Abu Dhabi from here?
Bur Dubai and Ibn Batuta bus station have buses to Abu Dhabi, the fare is AED 25.00 per Adult. Ibn Batuta is the nearest metro station to Villa with bus services while Al Gubaiba metro station is further away and also has bus services. We can arrange a taxi to drop you at the bus stations. A private metered taxi would cost between AED 200 – 300.

18) Can we order food at the pool side?
We have a special pool side menu for light snacks, main course items from the Moka Café and a variety of refreshments.

19) Where can I find a taxi?
Taxis are available in front of the hotel. However, if you wish the hotel can arrange a taxi for you.

20) Where can I smoke?
The smoking area is located outside the front door of the hotel .
