friendly staff, both at the reception and in the hotel. the positioning of the hotel is very good, in the vicinity of the metro station. Furniture slightly dated, breakfast ok but few options, room slightly noisy from street traffic

The hotel is really good. Good location just a few steps of the metro. Clean. Phyo was responsible of our room cleaning, that was always excelent! Breakfast was nice too.

Stayed at the hotel with my family. The location is excellent, a minute from the metro. The staff are excellent everywhere, there is a nice girl at the reception and in the bar near the reception, the guys at the pool are excellent, special thanks to Samuel for the cleaning. the room was always clean and tidy. very comfortable environment!!! We chose the hotel based on reviews and thanks to everyone who left them!

We have just come back from a brilliant week stay at towers rotana. Great location, all main attractions are easily accessible via taxi which the hotel are so quick at sorting. We were slightly worried about the all inclusive package due to previous reviews but the food was delicious and the options were great. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, especially in the longs bar! The hotel pool was definitely more suited to single people or couples rather than families with young children but we knew this before we booked and so that’s why we booked lots of excursions like Aquaventure and used the hotel as a base which was perfect! Thank you for a great holiday!

Tthis was a return visit after more than six years since I was last in Dubai and on arriving late at night my wife and i were upgraded from a standard room to a suite, for which we were very thankful. The location of the Towers Rotana is excellent for the metro, which we used to go as far as Deira City Centre to change to a taxi to take us to Sharjah and then also to Mall of the Emirates in the other direction.

A cosy hotel in the heart of business area of the city, next to metro station where you can find everything you wish if you come from western world. Helpful staff, clean rooms, wide choice and high quality breakfast (needs more seats), amazing night view from the rooms facing the avenue.

Happy to be here , Dhabi and Rotana towers are favorite places to me . I have one comment / mobile charger outlets needs to be reviewed ( not available )
