Very happy with the location, service, and cleanliness. The breakfast quality and service stands out. Very impressed with Chef Eled (spelling ?) and service member Wala'a. Wala'a was always very courteous, professional and served with a big smile! The hotel should provide an ATM in the lobby as a convenience to business travelers like me who typically don't carry local currency.

We had a beautiful weekend staying at the Rotana for my husband's birthday. The resort went above and beyond to make him feel special which was such a lovely surprise! The staff are engaging and friendly, the rooms immaculate and the facilites really well maintained and beautifully presented. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to rest and recharge on a beautiful beach in the UAE!

Had fantastic evenings at the hotel bar, and we have to give a big shoutout to Hedra! Super friendly an good bartender. His drinks were perfectly mixed. Hedra really took the time to make everyone feel welcome and created an enjoyable atmosphere.
