Good service and amazing food and hospitality by chef ANEESH , my baby loved the wonderful atmosphere and good connectivity clean and tidy room

Hello! This was my first time visiting Dubai as an adult. It was my honeymoon, and we were looking for a good hotel with a swimming pool offering a wonderful view and located near a metro station. Therefore, we decided to book this hotel, and we were pleasantly surprised! The service was excellent, as was the cleanliness. I was fortunate to meet Francis, one of the staff members. He is a kind man who performs his work diligently and always spreads good vibes. I also remember Aygun from reception, who kindly guided us on a trip to Abu Dhabi and gave us lots of advice about exploring Dubai. It was a great pleasure to have the support of these wonderful people. I strongly recommend this hotel. Thank you, Rose Rayhaan, for the amazing memories! 🙏🏼

My stay in cove rotana was one of the best experiences I’ve had, the service quality was amazing, we went to celebrate my wife’s birthday and the team made sure that it will be remarkable for her, i want to thank all the staff especially Mr.Ibrahim, Roselle, Mohamed for everything. GOOD IMPRESSION, QULAITY SERVICE AND GENTLE STAFF, SERVICEABLE AND EFFICIENT. As well for the breakfast, it was very diversified and tasty - waiters were very friendly as well to mention at reception Mrs Walaa.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect, from the delicious food to the outstanding service. I would especially like to highlight the exceptional work of Karim, the staff member who cleaned our room. He did an outstanding job and ensured everything was spotless and perfectly organized. On top of that, Karim was incredibly polite, respectful, and always greeted us with a warm smile. His dedication and professionalism really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience! I will definitely be back.

I had an excellent stay at Arjan Hotel and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

I came to Rotana and I’ve found a perfect place to stay. Relaxing for all of us. Amazing cuisine!! Fantastic pool and an amazing sea and beach. Close but far enough from the city so we had enjoyed the time. Only one suggestion… In the gym let’s get 2/3 Technogym Ride ( semi pro bike ) so cyclists like me can still run their training sessions while on vacation

Just back from a trip to Dubai and would highly recommend the Rose Rayhaan by Rotana. Great location. Only about 15-20 minute drive from the airport, and also within 10-15 minute drive to lots of the major attractions and sights (I say drive, because no-one really walks over there in my experience!). Lots of nice restaurants and cafes etc within easy walking distance. I had a great view of the Burj Khalifa from the 63rd floor, and that skyline is something I would never tire of. All the staff were excellent and friendly and I didn’t have any issues while there. The gum was very well equipped, and the outdoor heated pool was great. In particular I would single out a few staff members for special praise. I arrived at 3am and Mahmoud on the front desk was exceptionally helpful. Also that night, Abdul the porter brought me and my bags to my room, and was very helpful with showing me around. Ayomide on security was a friendly face each day, and finally Jihen on Reception when I checked out was very good. I would 100% stay here again next time I’m in Dubai. The one minor minor improvement is that I wish the plug sockets in the room were upgraded to include USB ports.

The staff were very friendly on arrival and the lobby is very grand and clean. The location of the hotel is by the motorway but is only 10/15 minutes away from all main attractions. There are taxis outside all the time, and the staff are very good at flagging them over. The pool area was a disappointment for us as there is no sun on it all day, there is large terrace and a bar area but has table and chairs , I would recommend changing this area into a sunbed area rather than seating , as least it has some sun. The rooms are very spacious which was very nice, however we did have to keep asking for more tissue and they missed cleaning our room a couple of times. However they supplied lots of water and were very attentive when we asked to clean the room. Breakfast is good . I think this hotel is very good value for money , but I wouldn’t stay again due to the shaded pool area. Thank you to all the friendly staff .

It’s really our second family- Grand Rotana! Thank you for unforgettable moments and the atmosphere while our Christmas vacation! Mr. Mohamed Hegazy and Mr. Ahmed Omara are beyond of the hospitality measures! They fill out staying in Rotana full of positive emotions, friendly, kind attitude, high service. Chefs in the restaurant give you a delicious enjoyment for your belly at least three times a day! Thanks a lot to all of staff, Sherif, who makes up our room , Islam who makes the best cocktails on the seaside, our Habibi Roukia -the lady boss in the main restaurant and many many others who do their best to make us smile and happy. We tried to remember names of everyone, but it’s impossible, because too many people work for our pleasure in the best place of the world Grand Rotana. The most impressive moments: 1. Everywhere live Christmas flowers 2. Lobsters at the New year dinner and Christmas tree of shrimps 3. Cakes are pieces of art 4. Live music in the lobby 5. Great localization and great welcome by Ruwan that helped us a lot with accommodation. Front desk service really nice and professional. Guys Fernado from Bar level - amazing friendly same as Mohammed from the restaurant. Definitely if we come back we ll use same facilities. In general 10/10 Thank you for great vacation ☺️
