Reservations All treatments must be booked in advance to ensure availability. Massages are available between 10 am until 10 pm
Treatment Schedule Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your treatment to allow yourself ample time to change and get ready. Arriving late is a breach of etiquette and will reduce your treatment timing as a courtesy to maintain the schedule for other guests.
Cancellations All cancellations must be made 6 hours prior to the scheduled treatment time. Any cancellation with less than 6 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee and the full price will be charged if you fail to turn up for your appointment.
Therapists Your therapist will explain the features and benefits of your treatment during your consultation. Kindly inform him/her of any pre-existing medical conditions you may have. Your therapist may adjust your body position during the treatment. However, he/she will ensure that your modesty is respected and that you are comfortable.
Valuables We recommend not to bring any valuables or wear any jewellery to the spa. The management and staff are not liable for the loss of money and valuables of any nature that are brought onto the premises.
